Pilates with Helen is something I look forward to every week. Her warm and friendly classes are small so she can take time to get to know you and help you develop your pilates. I used to have lots of back and hip pain but since starting pilates I very rarely do now. It’s amazing, just like Helen. I’d been to a few different pilates classes and hadn’t really found then the right fit for me so I was so glad when I found Helen’s classes, the perfect fit and perfect Pilates teacher.

I contacted Helen after lockdown had hit. Although I wasn’t furloughed for long, it was long enough to have an impact on my physical and mental health. Helen has helped me through the last years, catered our sessions to my needs (even if I moan about them loudly) and has a wealth of nutritional information, which I found very beneficial. She is always available for help and support, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is after some one-to-one training

I started PT with Helen a few months ago as I was going to New York and needed to get fitter for lots of walking etc (121 thousand steps…57 miles in total). Having a spinal fusion a lot of years back, I needed someone to show me a careful way to strengthen my core the right way. I’ve enjoyed the sessions and feeling so much stronger and will continue to listen to Helen’s pointers. So glad I started, many thanks Helen! NYC was fab!

I had personal training sessions with Helen and loved every minute of it. She was brilliant. What a difference 5 weeks makes when you’ve Helen behind you.

I had never tried Pilates before attending Helen’s classes and I became hooked from week 1! Helen is really friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and she keeps her groups small enough to be able to give each participant attention and help them with their posture. If I struggle with a posture or a stretch, Helen quickly recognises this and shows me a different way to achieve the same goal. I absolutely love the classes and my lower back hasn’t felt as sore or stiff since starting the classes a few months ago. I always look forward to my weekly class
