Pilates with Helen is something I look forward to every week. Her warm and friendly classes are small so she can take time to get to know you and help you develop your pilates. I used to have lots of back and hip pain but since starting pilates I very rarely do now. It’s amazing, just like Helen. I’d been to a few different pilates classes and hadn’t really found then the right fit for me so I was so glad when I found Helen’s classes, the perfect fit and perfect Pilates teacher.
